We ask all our customers to leave at least a quarter of a fuel tank in the vehicle when they drop it off. If you find the vehicle with less than a quarter tank, please send us an email at support.fr@ondemand.europcar.com with your booking details. In the case where you return a vehicle with less than a quarter of the full tank, you will be charged 35€ in penalties.
