Please follow these steps:
Place a safety triangle on the road at least 30 metres behind your disabled vehicle. Make sure that anyone injured can be attended to. Take photos of the accident and call our customer service as soon as possible and send us an email detailing the event with all the necessary documents.
If another party was involved in the accident:
Get the names, phone numbers, addresses and license plate numbers of those involved. Look for the accident report in the glove compartment and fill it in. If any of the parties agree to take responsibility for the incident, try to put their statements in writing and get the document signed. Send us all the documents by e-mail and post. Call our customer service team as soon as possible.
Send us an email detailing the event with all the necessary documents.
