- Opening via the Application :
Please press ‘Start Booking’
You will have to answer two questions regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle and possible damage (if the vehicle is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage to client@ondemand.europcar.com).
Once the questions have been answered, you can remove the key from the glove box, then start the car and drive away.
- Opening the car via the control unit:
Once you've opened the vehicle with your badge, you'll find a box in the glove box. If this is your first booking, you may be asked to enter a PIN code. This is your day and the last two digits of your year of birth in DD/YY format.
You will be asked two questions about the cleanliness of the vehicle and possible damage (if the vehicle is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage to client@ondemand.europcar.com).
