When you book, we'll send you an email and text message with the exact location of the vehicle. Once you've found the vehicle, you can open it either using your app or by swiping your badge on the card reader located on the driver's side windscreen.
For vehicles connected to the terminal:
Unplug: you must first press the ‘unlock’ button on the key, disconnect the cable from the car and then from the terminal, and put it back in the boot.
Connect: you must retrieve the cable from the boot, open the charging hatch, connect the cable to the vehicle and then to the terminal. Place the cable in the socket, turn and push. Then pass the red token attached to the keys over the contactless zone above the bollard to activate charging. The bollard light should be blue.
