What should I do if I find a fine on the vehicle's windshield?

If you find the fine at the start of your booking, please send a photo of the fine to support.fr@ondemand.europcar.com specifying that it was found before you picked up the vehicle.

If you find the fine during your booking and you are responsible for the fines incurred when using the vehicle, please send an e-mail to customer service at support.fr@ondemand.europcar.com giving details of your fine, and we will tell you what to do. In all cases, you will be required to pay the fine. In addition to the fine, you will be charged a handling fee of €25.
